Welcome to the Mars Creek Stress Regulator trail

This trail is a series of nature-wellness stops that self-guide individuals through short sensory exercises known as Nature Nudges. The trail follows a design flow to notice nature and tap into nature’s stress reduction benefits. The exercises help activate the senses, facilitate mindful attention and engage in areas of nature that have a high level of sensory diversity.

This trail has 6 Nature Nudge stops and is expected to take between 20-40 minutes to complete (including evaluation). For best results, we recommend that you complete the at least two times over a week to become accustomed to the exercises and maximise wellbeing benefits.
