We had an exciting start to the year working with Woollahra Council to launch the Cooper Park trail just before Christmas and planning a second trail at Watsons Bay expected to launch in early April. We also had the pleasure of providing a range of talks on the health benefits of nature and the critical role of good planning. Thanks for all the responses to our national outdoor survey, we have really enjoyed hearing about why outdoor environments are important to you.

In this newsletter we present some of the early findings from the survey, introduce the Cooper Park Trail, and provide some simple tips and strategies to help you access and unlock nature’s benefits. We have also included one of our favourite rejuvenation exercises for you to try… Listen Up!

A quick reminder that our National Outdoor Survey is closing at the end of February – if you have not already filled in and wish to do so, see details enclosed.

And finally – don’t forget – when life is moving too fast… it’s time to #goslowforamo!

…please enjoy.
