Designed to help target mental restoration and repair as well as all round nature connection. This Stress Regulator Trail takes you through a series of self-guided Nature Nudge exercises to activate the senses, facilitate mindful attention and engage in areas of nature that have a high level of sensory diversity. By undertaking the trail regularly, you can expect to see increases in positive mood, attention restoration, greater resilience to anxiety and a deeper sense of care and enjoyment for place.
This trail guides you through Six Nature Nudge exercises. You can enjoy the step-flow design of these exercises as a structured wellness program or enjoy them individually; either way you will immediately feel the stress reduction benefits.
